suzz, I think I remember reading on the literature/brochure/booklet...whatever it was, that came with my card something about using a "local" breakdown service applicable to the particular area you are in at the time. Around Wagga that would probably be the NRMA...I'd say. I think Skoda Aus sub-contract the assistance job to local breakdown services away from the bigger metropolitan cities. You might want to browse through your paperwork you got with your card, or you could try asking the dealer as I'm sure they would know what would happen for their Wagga customers if assistance was needed. Or else give the assistance line a call and ask them.
