Hi guys went out to my 3 year old Yeti todaywouldn'tstart said there was an ESP fault, anyone know if this should stop the car from starting ? This has to be the worst Skoda I've ever owned for faults !!
Would replacing the side light bulbs perhaps stop the car from starting as I did this yesterday but had not used the car until I tried to start it today , mucked up electrical system in some way may need re-set ??? any thoughts would be appreciated
Turn off the TCS and try restarting; and drive very carefully a few miles. Stop, remove key, replace key after one minute, restart; everything should reset. This implies you can confirm battery connected and ignition on. Good luck.
