SKODA has announced prices and specifications for the facelifted Yeti. Following its public debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, the facelifted version of SKODA's multi-award-winning crossover hits UK showrooms in January, with order books opening this month.Prices range from £16,600 OTR for the Yeti S 1.2 TSI 105PS, up to £27,050 for the range-topping Yeti Outdoor L&K 2.0 TDI 140PS 4x4 DSG. Among the many updates to the range is the availability of two versions for the first time: Yeti and Yeti Outdoor. Reflecting the car's broad appeal, the two versions feature different design features that allow owners to fully exploit the potential of the Yeti in their preferred driving environment. As part of the refresh package, four engines now feature lower CO emissions, while new technology in the form of rear-view parking camera, bi-xenon lights with LED daytime running lights and KESSY keyless entry, start and exit system has been introduced to the range.Four new metallic colours have also been added to the range: Moon White, Jungle Green, Metal Grey and Magnetic Brown.<
Yeti "built for the urban jungle"

[Featuring smooth lines and body-coloured bumpers, sills and side strips, the Yeti appeals to buyers who demand the high driving position and visibility of an SUV, but don't require off-road capability. Offered in front-wheel-drive form only, the Yeti is available in three trim grades: S, SE and Elegance, and comes with the options of three clean and efficient engines, including a frugal 1.6 TDI CR 105PS DPF GreenLine II unit that emits just 119g/km of CO2
Yeti Outdoor “ the start of a new adventure

[The Yeti Outdoor delivers a noticeably more rugged look than the two-wheel-drive Yeti, with styling features designed to allow owners to get the most out of their car.The bumpers incorporate steeper approach and departure angles to facilitate off-road use, while the use of black trim along the sides and lower elements of the bumper means that the Outdoor can take rough surfaces in its stride. With the option of a new fifth-generation Haldex Clutch four-wheel-drive system, the Yeti outdoor is available in four specification levels: S, SE, Elegance and L&K. The range includes two petrol engines and four diesels, with power outputs ranging from 105PS to 170PS. Transmission options include manual and DSG automatic gearboxes
Arrives early 2014 The facelifted Yeti order book opens this month, with the first customer deliveries expected in January 2014

Sounds good to me Llanigraham where did you hear that info? I hope that your right- I might just take advantage of that! The L&K with the Brown only seats doesn't sound like it would go with all the exterior colours but there again colours are in the eye of the beholder!

Hi Llanigraham, I agree a friend of mine has one and I also find it a bit unexciting/bland, I was not seriously "wavering" over a YETI, I will get one 100%. I was just thinking that SUK will want to price it (I hope!) competatively with other makes, there are a load of new models our recently. All this waiting around to order/get factory options etc is driving me mad - and that's without the wait for it to be built!

Dealer phoned me today, anyone ordering in October will get the facelift at pre facelift prices, and any orders taken now will be a facelift, going to try and thrash out a deal on Sunday
for a 140 elegance (no 110 elegance which would have been my first choice well not in the UK anyway) outdoor, with electric seat and heated windscreen still fighting with SWMBO over the colour

JOOKS All options and sec are available at the dealers mine has them all, get down there and do the deal

Gosh, this is very exciting! I have to admit to being a little bit jealous...

When I got my Urban there was no factory options available so it was a simple choice for me. Sounds like you brave young pioneers will be having fun... (and a difficult wait!)

On our recent holiday in France I noticed that there were countless Tiguans on the road but only saw five Yetis over the whole 1200 miles. ( I know it'ssad counting Yetis on holiday!)Can't understand why it was so much more popular.

If the price is right, and I order one, the wait will not be that bad as i still have yeti no2 to drive

Well I am inching ever closer to the deal - just waiting for a couple of phone calls tomorrow and then a deal will be struck! ( I will feel a right wilf if it takes a bit longer!)Now the problem(ish) I feel like the kid(errr me) waiting too long in the queue at the fish & chip shop. Start out going in for standard fish & chips then the smell of cooking hits you & its large fish & lg chips still waiting so add onion rings and I don't know why a spring roll as well!
My YETI spec has grown like topsy and final spec after listening to all you experts and well wishers out there is:
YETI F/L Elegance 170 bhp, manual +(OMG) silver roof rails, heated f/screen, space saver,S/roof, F&R
parking sensors, Tyre p/m, LED rear lights, Stainless pedals & heated s/washer jets!!!!

If you are thinking of ordering a new YETI, found out that not all models will be available for the 1st F/L production date of week 45(4thNov)
These YETI Outdoor drivitives -SE tdi 140ps 4x4, (with & without DSG) & Elegance tdi 170ps 4x4, (with & without DSG) begin production week 50(9th Dec)
Yep that's right mine will be about April 2014 before I see it!

I am back to Yeti ownership after a break of a few months. Nearly got a Tiguan but glad I went back to a Yeti.

Placed order/deposit on Monday (dealers now have the full options list and prices ).

Not happy though about the "Outdoor" version production line starting later.

A 3 month wait is bad enough but any more will drive me mad.

Jooks - where did that info come from?

Update:

Just found out it is just the Outdoor 140 SE & Elegance that will be 5 weeks later production (manual & DSG).

Still....does not help me!
