Could there be differences in the electrics and fuse positions of UK spec cars vs. Skoda's specs for the Indian market?

What is the white wire that looks like it's stuffed into a fuse terminal.
The whiskers poking out in all directions is enough to give an electrician a heart attack!

The issue is resolved ... there was one extra smart guy who pulled off the fuse from f8 and after checking inserted it in f7 .. hats off to him !!
