I've previously noted comments about the roof leak being due to the join between the aluminium side channels and the plastic front channel. I've stumbled on this: Yeti Panoramic Roof Leak.pdf - Google Drive which describes a method of dealing with the leaks at those points. Initially the whole sunroof was removed but the repair can also be done in situ.

I haven't read the whole document as my yeti does not have a sunroof, but it may be useful for others.
