Welcome Jean, I have a very similar spec Yeti as yourself and also tow a caravan. I decided to buy a s/h wheel and tyre (16") from a breaker who couriered it to my address for around £95 all in. I am a 75 year old male and am still able to change a wheel. Even though you can't change yours, if you have one with you at least you might find a helpful soul who could. I realize personal safety is also a consideration.
As for breakdown services, they are a bit like our present day ambulance service regarding waiting time. A couple of years ago I saw an elderly couple with car and caravan broken down on the slip road to the A17 about 9am as I went into town. I passed them by again at 4pm and breakdown vehicle had just arrived.
Off the top of my head I can only suggest you by a full size wheel etc and flag down the first passing Yeti you see for assistance.

 

The approved yeti spare is a 195/60/R16 and you would best look for a complete kit as you will need a jack and brace and the storage boxes that raise the boot floor. The 17 wheel usually raises it too high.

SnowGood is correct about the size and is the same for all Yeti models. Don't even consider one of those skinny things that are often advertised - incorrect for the Yeti!

I don't tow as we have a motorhome, but I've heard enough campsite stories to say that you are right in thinking that a proper spare wheel is a very sensible idea. Could avoid a difficult situation, even if you change can't change it yourself.

I bought a complete new kit as soon as I got my Yeti - expensive but worth it for peace of mind. As a bonus I prefer the raised floor as it's easier to load heavy things (I'm also 72, with dodgy joints). I bought mine by post from Caffryns, Kent, and I believe they still do them. Very good and helpful service, even gave me a small discount for being a member here. Secondhand kits sometimes come up but I didn't want to wait.

I have cover via Nationwide BS with the AA, all of which of course we hope never to need! I am really pleased with the Yeti a brilliant car which I hope to keep for many years. All I need now is the motor mover to be fitted onto the caravan and we will be off!
